The State Department for Housing and Urban Development (SDHUD) wishes to inform interested Strategic Partners for Affordable Housing Program that the AHP Application Form has been revised to cater for the different categories of Strategic Partners. The AHP Application Form has been separated and there are distinct forms for each category of Strategic Partners
